Melissa is an attorney and U.S. Army Judge Advocate who brings more than two decades of combined military and legal experience to her practice. A former active-duty Army logistician with Airborne and Special Operations units, she deployed in support of operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, the Horn of Africa, and most recently Kosovo with KFOR 30, where she served as the operational law and legal assistance attorney for the 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. She currently serves as the Brigade Judge Advocate for the Virginia Army National Guard's 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, providing legal counsel on operational, fiscal, ethics, and military justice matters. Melissa earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, University College with a B.S. in Political Science and later her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, as well as a Tax LL.M. from Georgetown Law. She is licensed to practice in both Virginia and Maryland. She is also a legal advisor to veterans causes like the TF 7294 Foundation and serves as Legal Secretary and Advisor to the Board for Troopster.com. Nicole is an attorney licensed to practice in Virginia and Washington, D.C., with a distinguished background spanning private practice, the judiciary, and public service. Before joining private practice, she served as a Magistrate for Virginia's 15th Judicial District, where she made critical judicial determinations and worked closely with law enforcement, the courts, and the public in fast-paced legal settings. Her legal experience includes antitrust, bankruptcy, and immigration law, complemented by a longstanding commitment to education and community service. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Nicole is dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, and effective legal representation to a diverse range of clients. A graduate of Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School, with undergraduate degrees in Linguistics and Communication from the University of Utah. Nicole combines practical judicial insight, legal knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to help individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal matters with confidence.

Rachel Archulet is a recent graduate of Liberty University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2026 and served as President of the Latino Law Student Association while actively participating in the Women's Law Society and the American Bar Association. She previously graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Law, History, and Culture, where she was a Dean's List honoree, competed in Trial Advocacy, and contributed to the USC Gould School of Law International Human Rights Clinic. Rachel joined HB Law, PLC as a Summer Associate in 2024 and continued with the firm throughout law school, gaining hands-on experience in estate planning, business law, and real estate matters. She is currently awaiting the results of the Virginia Bar Examination and looks forward to beginning her legal career serving clients throughout Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and the surrounding communities.
